At Sanctuary Clothing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Print Your Label

  Select your preferred return method to generate a prepaid shipping label or a QR code for printer-less drop-off at authorized locations.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping mailer or a box of your choice, ensuring all original hangtags and labels are included.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
